Automatic Payments
via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

EFT service is now available at NO COST to you! This is available for life and disability policies billed directly from our office underwritten by the following carriers:

  • Life Insurance Company of Boston & New York
  • MetLife
  • Chubb.

This service is not available for policies currently paid by payroll deduction for employees of any branch of the County of Erie or City of Buffalo.

One-Time Payment

Online Payments are now accepted for most Agency-billed premiums. This online payment service is processed by Xpress pay and they charge a fee for this service.

  • The fee for eChecks is $2.95 per payment. You can pay multiple premiums, if owed, for this flat fee.
  • Credit/Debit Card charges are $.68 plus 3.30% of the amount paid for each transaction.

Due to Insurance Department Regulations, the Agency cannot waive this charge.

This service is not available for past & present employees of the County of Erie or City of Buffalo. Please call our office 716.627.5400 to review payment options.
