Members of the Medical Society of the State of New York and the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists and their spouses under age 65 are eligible to apply. Your Society membership helps keep premiums reasonable, based on the group purchasing power of members. Up to $2,000,000 of coverage is available.

Group Level Term
Premiums remain level for the first 10, 15 or 20 years, depending on length selected.
Group Annual Term
Premiums increase in five-year age brackets.
